Kira completed her legal studies at Portland Community College with a specialized focus on Legal Ethics in 2024 while also being a member of both the Oregon State Bar and the Multnomah Bar Association.

Professional Experience

Kira is a Family Law Endorsed Licensed Paralegal at Perkins Law, specializing in dissolution of marriage, custody and parenting time, and complex domestic relations matters. Since joining the firm in 2017, Kira has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the firm’s clients and has ascended through the ranks from receptionist to legal assistant, and now to a Licensed Paralegal.

Interests

A native of Los Angeles who relocated to Oregon during her youth, Kira brings a competitive and driven spirit to the legal team—a trait developed through years of competitive soccer and basketball. Outside of the office, she is an outdoor enthusiast who can be found in her garden, navigating the dunes in her Tatum sandrail, or spending time with her two Boxers. Kira is also a lifelong fan of high-octane action movies.
