Chantal joined Perkins Law, LLC in May of 2023. Prior to law school, Chantal worked as a clerk and paralegal at the Ocean County Surrogate's Court in New Jersey assisting the public with probate filings.
During law school, Chantal externed with the Honorable Judge John A. Acosta at the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, and clerked for the Honorable Judge Mustafa T. Kasubhai and Honorable Judge Lauren S. Holland at the Lane County Circuit Court. In addition, Chantal worked with the University of Oregon's Employee and Labor Relations department and assisted with collective bargaining negotiations between the University and Union employees.
Chantal is a certified mediator whose passion for dispute resolution has involved participation in international dispute resolution competitions in Oregon, California, and Sao Paolo, Brazil.
Community Involvement
Chantal is deeply devoted to development of professionals in the area of law. Since law school she has been a member of the Oregon State Bar's Legal Ethics Committee, the Bench and Bar Commission on Professionalism, the Diversity and Inclusion Executive Committee, and continues her volunteer activities with the Oregon law schools and high schools.Education
