Practice Emphases
Nick's practice is centered on family law, where he handles high-conflict divorce cases, complex asset division, spousal support, and custody disputes. He has significant ongoing and recent trial experience, which not only strengthens his courtroom advocacy but also enhances his ability to advise clients on trial risks. Additionally, Nick’s practice covers judgment enforcement, contempts, and restraining orders. He is adept at settlement drafting, including drafting stipulated judgments for amicable divorces, and provides strategic pre-mediation advice to help clients navigate their legal challenges effectively. If a party is unreasonable with settlement, Nick is fully competent in representing individuals at trial, ensuring that his clients' interests are strongly defended
