Professional Experience
Samantha joined Perkins Law, LLC in September of 2022. Samantha is a native Oregonian. She graduated from Tualatin High School, earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Oregon, and studied law at Willamette University College of Law. During law school, Samantha was a law clerk at the Oregon Department of Justice in the Child Advocacy section. She focused on Juvenile Dependency matters and represented the Department of Human Services. Samantha’s clerkship gave her the opportunity to be in the courtroom as much as possible.

Professional Activities
Samantha is a member of the Oregon State Bar and Family Law Section of the Oregon State Bar. In law school, Samantha participated in Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, Moot Court, Multicultural Law Student Association, Oregon Asian Pacific American Bar Association, Oregon New Lawyers Division, Oregon Women Lawyers, and Oregon State Bar Diversity and Inclusion: Opportunities for Law in Oregon.
Community Involvement
Samantha is passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in the Oregon legal community by participating in the Oregon State Bar Diversity and Inclusion: Opportunities for Law in Oregon and Oregon Asian Pacific American Bar Association. .

- 2022 Recipient of the Best Trialist Award through the Willamette Law Moot Court Board
Interests
Samantha is an Oregon native who enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, and being a Dog Mom to Portland Instagram Pupfluencer, Ozzy.
